Selection: Selection will be made during the No Frills Conference. Award: The regional winner will receive a traveling plaque that may be displayed at the winning school for one year and a certificate that the school will be allowed to keep. Criteria for Selection: Campus Level (45%)

Building RHA Award
Purpose: This award is designed to honor the RHA which displays tremendous effort and improvement from the previous academic year to the current. Eligibility: Only year-specific information sill be considered; in other words, bid content should reflect accomplishments from SAACURH No Frills conference to SAACURH No Frills conference. Pages: Bids must be no longer than sixteen (16) pages in length (190 -12 point type). A page is defined as a side with print; this includes appendices, letters of recommendations, text, etc. Covers and title pages are not included in this page count. All bids shall contain page numbers. All bids must be on white, double-sided, three hole punched paper that is either stapled or otherwise connected in such a way that makes recycling easy. No plastic binders, book bindings, etc. are allowed. Selection: Recipients will be selected during the No Frills Conference by the SAACURH SEC. NRHH Outstanding Chapter of the Year
Purpose: This award is designed to honor the NRHH Chapter that displays to their membership and the nation that NACURH recognized the effect of its leaders and their contributions to their residence hall system. Year specific information will be considered. Bid content should reflect accomplishments from NACURH conference to NACURH conference. Eligibility: This award will be given yearly at the discretion of the NRHH Regional Associate Director and the SAACURH Executive Committee at the annual No Frills Conference. Pages: The written bid shall not exceed thirty (30) pages in length (10-12 point type). A page is defined as one side of print. The title page is not included in the count, but dividers are. All bids shall contain page numbers. The page of the body of the bid must be copied back to back. Appendices are limited to 20 pages. All bids must be on white, double-sided, three hole punched paper that is either stapled or otherwise connected in such a way that makes recycling easy. No plastic binders, book bindings, etc. are allowed. Selection: The Chapter of the Year award will be selected by the NRHH Chapter representatives present at the annual No Frills Conference. No member from a bidding school will be present during the selection process. In order to be eligible for this award the Chapter must be in good standing with the NRHH National Office. Award: The winning school shall receive a plaque. Suggested Criteria:
Communication on three levels: local, regional and national. Support to the local, regional and national levels. Participation in reinforcing the purpose of NRHH and NACURH. Goals and objectives of the chapter and how these were implemented. Letters of Support from the Chapter President, Chapter Advisor, RHA President, Director of Housing and any other which are appropriate.
NRHH Building Block Chapter of the Year
Purpose: The NRHH Building Block Chapter of the Year Award is given to the chapter which shows outstanding growth and development during the year of nomination. Eligibility: Any NRHH affiliated chapter may submit a bid for this award. The award shall have an eligibility period from the No-Frills conference to No-Frills conference. The bid must be in writing to the Regional Director by the date that he or she specifies. The number of copies will be determined by the number of NRHH chapters that will be in attendance at the No-Frills conference. Pages: The bid shall not exceed thirty (30) pages in length (10-12 point type). A page is defined as a side with print; this includes appendices, letters of recommendation, text, etc. The title page shall not be included in the thirty (30) pages, but dividers shall be included in the page count. The title page shall contain the chapter, school and region name. All bids shall contain page numbers. All bids must be on white, double-sided, three hole punched paper that is either stapled or otherwise connected in such a way that makes recycling easy.
